This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the spaciousness of the rooms was incredible, more like a tiny apartment than a hotel room. The futon beds were comfortable and the overall equipment in the room was beautiful and perfectly functioning. Secondly, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. One detail that stood out was their attention to detail in explaining how to use the amenities in the room and even offering us sweets and tea. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to the famous Dogo Onsen. this hotel provided great value for money and made our stay truly memorable.
No major issues, everything was more than satisfactory.

Great Location for Onsen and Good Japanese Food This hotel has an excellent location for visiting the local Onsen and enjoying Japanese food. the meals served in the restaurant were of good quality and fresh. the hotel is located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy to find good food and souvenirs. the Onsen is quite luxurious and a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of work.
Rude Staff and Poor Communication Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel were not very friendly or helpful. Many of them did not speak English and seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance.

We had an amazing time staying at a hotel just steps away from Dogo Onsen, shops, and bars. The service was excellent, and we highly recommend paying extra for the delicious dinner and breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the pet turtles that added a unique touch to our stay. It was also convenient to have the option of locally brewed beer at the bar next to Dogo Onsen. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel.

They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and even took the time to address an issue I had with noise in the mornings. The attention to detail, such as the selection of yukatas and the well-designed dining table, really added to the overall experience. Had a great time during my business trip! Two free complementary breakfasts were awesome! The hotel's location is fantastic, nearby the local transportation systems and local shops, which were perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat or purchasing quick necessities. Also loved having the gym facilities within the hotel to use at our convenience.
The only negative aspect of our stay was that the staff didn't seem very interested in helping us. It took a while to get answers to some of our questions, and it seemed like they were not very knowledgeable about the local area.
